About Me
Rebecca Lynn Dose made her theatrical debut at the age of eight when she was cast in a children's production of Aladdin in the role of "Gemstone #3": a literal rock. In the years since, theatre has made up a substantial part of her life. She began her collegiate career in Columbia College Chicago's Musical Theatre program. While exploring the different departments and facets of the theatrical process, she discovered stage management by happenstance. She immediately found a passion for the field and turned to the school's Stage Management program to finish her degree.
After graduation, Rebecca became a Chicago-based stage manager working with theaters such as the Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, Sideshow Theatre Company, and Lifeline Theatre. While she loves working on theatre of all kinds, musical theatre will always hold a special place in her heart.

After spending a year in San Antonio, Texas as the Resident Stage Manager with Magik Children's Theatre, Rebecca returned to the city where her career began and is currently working as a Stage Manager, seeking freelance opportunities in Chicago and beyond.
